What are side effect for Leukotriene Drugs

Liver disfunction, do not give with rifampin,

patient needs to report loss of appetite (weight loss), jaundice and abdominal pain

Decongestants

Nasal Corticosteroids: Fluticasone

all steroid increase blood glucose level, check for any fungal infections (oral thrush)

Sympathomimetic: Oxymetazoline, phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine,

(Do not take more than 3-5 days due to it causing rebound contestant) , can cause tachycardia

Dysrhythmia, rebound congestion if overused or used more than 3-5 days.

They can have an increase in blood pressure
