Oldest know physical art found in Africa, this could mean that Africa was the birthplace of artistic expression. Many generations lived there. The slab there is an unidentified animal form that was drawn to resemble a feline, but it has more human like hind legs that could have been added later. There are barely visible horns, possibly representing an Oryx, antelope, or the animals underbelly, possibly a sexual organ of a bovid. There is also the possibility that it's a supernatural creature, suggesting a complex system of shamanistic belief. Small and not attached to a wall, its portable, might have been brought to the site. Must have some importance.
