The condition of your body, taking into consideration everything from the absence of disease to fitness level

Includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being
Social
The ability of individuals to form healthy and rewarding interpersonal relationships
Health
being free of illness and injury in one's mental or physical condition
Health Triangle
Made up of three components; balancing three essential things to living a healthy life
Values
One's judgment of what is important in life
Risk
Participating in something without knowing the outcome; healthy and unhealthy risks, part danger, part opportunity
Passive
(Associated with a turtle) Hides, avoids, and fearful of the rejection or anger of others; people-pleasing, other-oriented; behavior chosen to avoid conflict
Agressive
(Associated with a tiger) Can come across as rude, bossy, and, and controlling of others
Assertive
(Associated with an owl) Wise, calm and collected, more observant than reactive
Active Listening
Positive, non-verbal way of showing you are paying attention and your care
Negative non-verbal communication
Eye rolls, crossed arms, looking around/at phone, distracted, excessive sighing
Conflict
A disagreement between two or more people between two or more choices
Conflict Resolution
Constructive approach to interpersonal and intergroup conflicts (express feelings clearly, listening, respectfully and actively, working together to solve the conflict)
Intrapersonal
Conflict that occurs personally
Interpersonal
conflict that occurs between two or more people
Intragroup
Conflicts that occur between people that identify themselves as belonging to the same group
Intergroup
Conflict that occurs between two or more groups of people
Accommodating
Working together to satisfy the needs of both partners through a maximum use of both cooperation
Competing
Both are aggressive and trying to fulfill their own needs
Avoiding
Passive, uncooperative, no attempt to resolve or address each other's needs
Collabortating
Cooperative, but passive; one person ends up resenting to the other
