Go through with (it, something)

実行する/予定通りやる/やり遂げる/やり通す/果たす To do something that's personally difficult or challenging. To go through with something usually takes guts, courage. For example, I wanted to ask Ayako out on a date, but I was too nervous and couldn't go through with it.

Have a clue

手がかり/分かる/知る Understand. Do you have any clue as to what I'm saying? 私の言ってることが分かる?(よく否定文書で使われている) I don't have a clue.= 全然分からない、知らない

見込みがない/将来性の無い I'm not good at science so I got no future as a scientist.

Hard to come by

手に入れにくい Hard to get, hard to find. These days money is hard to come by.

うろつく、つるむ、人と付き合う Don't hang around with bad people or you'll end up in trouble.
