REMEMBER, to when you are trying to multiply fractions with mixed numbers, you must first convert them to improper fractions before multiplying, then you can convert the answer back to a mixed number if the answer choices are in that form

This is different from adding and subtracting fractions - you do not have to change them to an improper fraction first, but it may be helpful to do so
