Once again, I appreciate everyone for taking the time to be part of this promotion. For over 30 years, I have taken responsibility to mentor, mold and supervise deputies…to serve with professionalism, respond to public concerns and follow policy and legal procedures. I oversee that everyone’s actions protect the community and the citizens we serve, but just as important, the deputies, and our agency.

As a sergeant, I wear many hats-evaluator of skills and deficiencies, first line supervisor, and protector of our agency's liability. As your sergeant, I've made a commitment that I will continue to strive for and model for the future of our agency.
