What happens when a Tempo Ruler (Conductor Track) is disabled?
The session will be in Manual Tempo mode and the tempo will simply be the value that is set in the Tempo field directly above the Conductor Track button

A whole file is where the main audio clip will be, what was recorded first without edits. Subset files will be under whole files, and it is basically an edit of the whole files, or just something that had changes from the original audio
