Toggle through the stereo and mono options of the new tracks dialoug

hold Command+left or right arrow

Cycle through track types

hold command + up or down

Add new row

Command+Shift+Down

Remove bottom row

Command+Shift+Up

Select multiple

Hold Command

Select All

option and click
