Instructions for Side by Side Printing
  1. Print the notecards
  2. Fold each page in half along the solid vertical line
  3. Cut out the notecards by cutting along each horizontal dotted line
  4. Optional: Glue, tape or staple the ends of each notecard together
  1. Verify Front of pages is selected for Viewing and print the front of the notecards
  2. Select Back of pages for Viewing and print the back of the notecards
    NOTE: Since the back of the pages are printed in reverse order (last page is printed first), keep the pages in the same order as they were after Step 1. Also, be sure to feed the pages in the same direction as you did in Step 1.
  3. Cut out the notecards by cutting along each horizontal and vertical dotted line
To print: Ctrl+PPrint as a list

This study focused on small bakeshop owners in Cabuyao City, Laguna, to understand how they could grow and succeed.

It included 10 bakeshop owners who had been in business for 3 to 5 years and had the necessary permits.

Participants were a mix of those operating from home and those with a physical store.

This approach helped to understand the different challenges and strategies faced by these bakeshops.

LIMITATIONS

The limitations of this study included its focus on small-scale bakeshops in Cabuyao City, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to bakeshops in other areas or to larger-scale businesses.

The study also relied on the perspectives of bakeshop owners, which could have introduced bias.

Since this was a qualitative study with a small sample size of 10 participants, the findings may not have fully represented the experiences of all small-scale bakeshops in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Additionally, time constraints and the availability of participants may have affected the depth of the data collected.

Significance of the Study

This study aimed to provide valuable insights and strategies for elevating small-scale bakeshop ventures for success in Cabuyao, City of Laguna. The study could have been beneficial to the following:

  1. Bakeshop Owners: Bakeshop owners directly benefited from the strategies and insights gained through the study, which enabled them to navigate challenges and more improve their business operations.
  2. Entrepreneurs and Small Business Community: Other small business owners in the food industry, particularly in the bakery sector, learned from the best practices identified in the study, which enhanced their own strategies for growth and sustainability.
  3. Local Government: The research helped local government units better understand the needs of small-scale bakeshops, allowing them to develop policies and programs that supported entrepreneurship and economic development in the area.
  4. Academic Community: This research added to the existing body of knowledge on small business management, particularly in the context of small-scale bakeshops, and served as a reference for future studies on similar topics.
