Barracks maintenance equipment is available in the supply and barracks maintenance room. Any barracks deficiencies will be reported to the class S4 and work orders will be submitted to 139th.
Transportation. Travel between the NCMA and home of record is privately owned vehicles. OCS Cadre transport of ammo and supplies via vehicle from Drill Pad to Area J at 010545JUN2023 is requested. Mounted transport of OCs, ammo, and supplies from Area J to Drill Pad at 021315JUN2023 requested.
Supply: Class 1: Water coolers will be available on the Drill Pad in the Company Area, at Boot Track Field, and at the bivouac site of Area J

OCs will take preventative measures including hydrating to prevent possible heat/cold injuries, wearing appropriate cold weather gear to prevent cold weather injuries, use sunscreen as needed to prevent sunburn,
The medic station at 139th RTI can handle non-emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, the first OC to witness the event immediately requests help and provides aid. If an emergency occurs during a training event, at least one candidate must stay with the injured personnel until a cadre member or medic arrives.
