Since it attaches to the medial epicondyle

Golfers elbow or medial epicondylitis

Since it attaches to the lateral epicondyle

Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis

How would this affect the wrist?

Since innervates the FCU, FDP and adductor policies

Pt would feel numbness and weakness performing ulna deviation, and flexing the digits

Also tingling and pain

How would this affect the hand?

This is because the FCU, FDP and the adductor pollicis play an essential job with flexion of the
hand and thumb. They are innervated by the ulnar nerve therefore this muscles will be weakened
and give a sensation of tingling or burning in the last 4 fingers. This will give lost of
coordination of the fingers. and loss of hand sensation

What motions would be weak?

Flexion can still occur but very weak, abduction of the thumb will be weakened, extension of the
wrist/hand will be weak, radial divination will be weak.
