May it please the court, my name is Gabriel McLarren and I shall be making the closing remarks in this case. At this time, the plaintiff would like to reserve 2 minutes for rebuttal

...

2

This case matters to the defendant, Tatum Zillias, beacuse his reputation, that he has been building up for years, would plummet, and he would be confined to a cold, cruel cell, constantly thinking about his innocence.

...

3

Tatum Zillias was not acting recklessly when he ordered the life and his words were twisted by emerson turnkin.

...

4

Early in the project Arthur dent discovered a pair of wire cutters next to his bedroll, near the fence surrounding the construction site/ After that he had full access to the site. We see Arthur starting to vandalize the property.

...

5

At first, it was just small things like graffiti and general vandalism. Later we see it gets much worse.

...

6

After Arthur received the wire cutters he wrote a manifesto stating his intentions and motives about using the power of the wrench to "Take down the massive alien". We also see his intentions on taking his final stand, and the "Blood that will forever stain" the franklin's trench worksite. We see that he carried this out to the fullest.

...

7

After the fence was put up and Arthur got into the site using the wire cutters from Reese dentner, he's tole a wrench claiming it was "trespassing on his property" therefore it was his. In his manifesto, he mentions that he will use the wrench to seize the gears of the crane.

...

As we know, Micah Estratton states that a fire axe went missing around 3:10 PM on August 31st, 2012. She also states that the fire axe could definitely result in the crane collapsing. That very day, London Packard and Reese Dentner witnessed Arthur Dent wandering on the worksite, giving home the opportunity to steal and use it as he states in his manifesto, to topple the crane.

...

9

Even though the crane did collapse and lives were lost, Tatum Zillias was only trying to help people in need with project Z, and Zillias knows what it is like to be poor because he was once homeless. That is why we urge the jury to find the defendant, Tatum Zillias, not guilty of 3rd degree murder.
